The promotion has announced multiple matches and segments for the show, including two more first-round matches in the tournament to decide John Cena’s final opponent. The show is highly anticipated by fans, as it will be a major factor in setting the stage for Survivor Series: WarGames.
The show will also feature John Cena’s final Raw appearance as he looks to wrap up his farewell tour. Ahead of this week’s show in New York City, New York, let us take a look at the top four storylines that will be in play on this week’s WWE Raw.
4. Nikki Bella’s heel turn
Nikki Bella is going to explain the shocking turn on Stephanie Vaquer this Monday. Bella, in a shocking turn of events, aided Vaquer to retain the title against Raquel Rodriguez, taking out Roxanne Perez. However, Bella then, out of nowhere, hit Vaquer with the title, turning heel in the process.
It will be interesting to see how Bella delivers after her heel turn and a highly anticipated clash against Vaquer for the World title at a future PLE would further make the Red brand show an interesting watch.

3. Women’s Intercontinental title clash
Maxxine Dupri, in a backstage segment last week, informed GM Adam Pearce that she’s ready to challenge Becky Lynch for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Title. Lynch attacked Dupri during the segment, sending a stern warning.
Lynch will now defend the championship against Dupri in what will be their third match in this rivalry. Dupri has already picked up wins in both their recent clashes, and fans would have to tune in to watch if the underdog prevails. The women’s WarGames build could also play out during the match.
2. John Cena’s final Raw match

The moment has arrived for 17-time World Champion John Cena to say goodbye to the Raw locker room. After capturing the Intercontinental Title last week to complete his Grand Slam, Cena is scheduled for his final appearance on Raw this Monday.
Netflix has officially confirmed that John Cena will wrestle in his final appearance. This has created a lot of speculation on who his opponent might be, and now fans will have to wait until Monday, 8 PM ET to find out.
1. WarGames
The 39th edition of Survivor Series will take place on Saturday, November 29, 2025, at Petco Park in San Diego, California. WWE has only announced the two WarGames matches, which too is incomplete as the four teams in the two matches are still looking to complete their teams.
At the iconic MSG Arena, fans are expecting a massive show with multiple returns, which would likely fill out the teams for the men’s and women’s WarGames matches. Roman Reigns to Brock Lesnar, and AJ Lee, among others, are anticipated for a return.
