The Second City Saint will make an appearance on SmackDown!

The September 5 episode of Friday Night SmackDown will serve as the fallout show from the Clash in Paris PLE, which concluded last Sunday, and feature multiple big names. The September 5 fallout episode of the Blue brand is set to air from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois, USA.

Multiple big names, including John Cena, CM Punk, “WWE Women’s Champion” Tiffany Stratton, and Randy Orton, are being advertised for the fallout show.

As of writing this article, the promotion has announced two massive appearances, which might set the stage for the upcoming Wrestlepalooza PLE.

Coming off his win against Logan Paul in a high-octane match, the 17-time WWE World Champion, John Cena, is set to make his final appearance in Chicago, in what will be his 8th last WWE appearance. After this appearance, there will only be seven dates left on his retirement tour, which ends in December.

Following his heated exchange with Becky Lynch, where she interrupted his callout of Seth Rollins to humiliate and slap him, CM Punk is now ready to make an appearance in Chicago this Friday. This was confirmed in a backstage segment after the now viral promo with Lynch, where Punk was looking for Rollins.

GM Adam Pearce informed a furious CM Punk that Rollins had already left the building. Pearce mentioned that Punk could confront Rollins next Monday, but Punk quickly asked, “Where’s SmackDown?” Pearce told him it would be in Punk’s hometown, Chicago. Punk began to laugh, leaving Pearce confused and teasing AJ Lee’s return.
