Paul Heyman was the latest mega addition to the WWE Hall of Fame

WrestleMania may be over, but we got to see who will be the next person inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. Since 2005, WrestleMania has served as a platform for all of WWE’s past stars to claim their proper position in the company’s history.

Most years, WWE inducts 5-10 wrestlers into the WWE Hall of Fame. It is a night in which those wrestlers are honored for their contributions to the organization. This year, Paul Heyman, Bull Nakano, Thunderbolt Patterson, Lia Maivia, and The United States Express were recognized.

Now that the list of WWE Hall of Fame 2024 inductees is done and dusted, the inevitable focus will turn to who has been left out. Some wrestlers should be in the WWE Hall of Fame, and here’s who should be inducted in 2025.

Here are five superstars that deserve to be inducted into WWE Hall of Fame 2025:

5. Miss Elizabeth

We are all aware of the demons that Miss Elizabeth has faced throughout her life, but it should not prevent the corporation from inducting her into the WWE Hall of Fame. Miss Elizabeth, Randy Savage’s attendant, was one of the most popular individuals during the Golden Era. Calling her a valet is a disservice to her character development.

Elizabeth was more than just a lovely face; she frequently participated in Savage’s bouts. It was a brilliant parody of the valet role, demonstrating Elizabeth’s formidable presence. In an era of brilliant managers, she was among the finest. It’s high time WWE inducted her into the Hall of Fame.

4. Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy

The ‘Engimatic Soul’ is one of the most popular WWE Superstars in recent memory. He is a 22-time champion, three of which were world titles. Hardy is well-known for his high-flying abilities, captivating performances, and the legendary tag team with his real-life brother, Matt.

Eight years after leaving the business in 2009, Hardy and Matt returned as late additions to a Tag Team Championship ladder match at WrestleMania 33. The crowd erupted in cheers when the two reappeared. Furthermore, in one of the event’s highlights, the Hardy Boyz won the tag belts. With everything both brothers have done, they both deserve to be in the WWE Hall of Fame.

3. Umaga

The Samoan Bulldozer might not be alive with us but his accomplishments are too many to forget. Umaga returned to WWE in April 2006, using the ring name Umaga. Fatu was unbeaten on the Raw brand for a year before losing his first match in January 2007 to then-WWE Champion John Cena.

The next month, he won the WWE Intercontinental Championship for the first time, followed by his second triumph in July 2007. He also represented Mr. McMahon in the “Battle of the Billionaires” match at WrestleMania 23. He was released from WWE in June 2009 and worked on the independent circuit until his death in December of the same year.

2. Batista

Batista began his wrestling career in 1999 and joined WWE (then the WWF) in 2000. From 2002 to 2010, he was famous under the ring name Batista, first as a member of Evolution.

He went on to win the WWE Championship twice, the World Heavyweight Championship four times (his first reign was the longest in history at 282 days), the World Tag Team Championship three times (twice with Ric Flair and once with John Cena), and the WWE Tag Team Championship once (with Rey Mysterio).

He also won the 2005 and 2014 Royal Rumble battles, and he later headlined WrestleMania 21 and WrestleMania XXX, with the former becoming among the top five highest-grossing PPV events in wrestling history. He quit from wrestling following WrestleMania 35 in 2019.

1. John Cena

John Cena recently gave a poignant statement of appreciation to his wrestling fans as he announced his retirement from the ring, proclaiming next year’s WWE WrestleMania to be his last.

Cena spoke in Toronto to an audience that did not want him to go. Fans booed as the wrestler-turned-actor announced his “official retirement,” which includes a farewell tour next year. So, with his formal retirement approaching, he deserves a goodbye worthy of being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2025. the man who was the face of WWE for over a decade deserves this at least.
