WWE is just two weeks away from hosting one of the biggest professional wrestling events, WrestleMania 40. The company has booked the pay-per-view in a way, where almost all the championships are on the line.
The Company is setting the peak hype for the grandest two-night show in Philadelphia on April 6 & 7. As the expectations are getting higher and higher, here we take a look at three WWE Superstars who may become champions at WrestleMania 40 and three who may not.
WrestleMania 40 challengers who ‘may’ or ‘may not’ be champions
May: Bayley
The 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble Winner Bayley will challenge his former friend and Damage CTRL member, IYO SKY for the WWE Women’s Championship.
As per rumors, speculations and odds, Bayley is likely to dethrone IYO SKY and become the WWE Women’s Champion. It is important to note that Bayley hasn’t won a championship in the last three years.
May not: Randy Orton & Kevin Owens
Logan Paul will be defending his United States Championship against Randy Orton & Kevin Owens in a Triple Threat Match. As per speculations, rumors and odds, Logan Paul will likely retain his title by defeating Orton & Owens to continue his title reign.

The 2024 Men’s Elimination Chamber winner, Drew McIntyre will be facing Seth “Freakin” Rollins for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 40.
As per speculations, rumors and odds, Drew McIntyre will end Seth Rollins’ inaugural championship reign and become the World Champion for the third time and the first time in front of the live crowd.

Sami Zayn will face “The Ring General” Gunther for the Intercontinental Championship at WrestleMania 40. As per speculations, rumors and odds, Gunther will defeat Sami Zayn to retain his title and continue his monumental Intercontinental Championship title reign.
May: Cody Rhodes
The 2023 & 2024 Royal Rumble Winner, “The American Nightmare” Cody Rhodes will be challenging “The Tribal Chief” Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship.
As per speculations, rumors and odds, this match will run on The Bloodline rules and Cody will still manage to defeat Roman in the main event of night 2 to become the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion for the very first time.

The 2024 Women’s Elimination Chamber winner, Becky Lynch will be facing Rhea Ripley for the Women’s World Championship at WrestleMania 40. As per speculations, rumors and odds, Rhea Ripley will likely be defeating Becky Lynch to continue her monumental title reign.
