The Final Boss made a surprise appearance on The Morning Shift.
Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson recently made a surprise appearance on The Morning Shift, joining the hosts as they reacted to “Your Dad,” a song from his Moana project, Voices Across The Ocean.
During the appearance, one of the hosts mentioned that he had always wanted to be in the arena to witness “The Most Electrifying Man in Sports Entertainment” make his iconic entrance.
In response, The Rock promised hosts Brook Ruscoe, Jordan Vaha’akolo, and Marc Peard that they would be his guests when he makes his next appearance at WrestleMania.
“I’ll make the promise to you now, whenever I do go back to WrestleMania, I gotta have you guys out. You’ll be my special guests, for sure.”
Notably, the comment is not a confirmation of his return at WrestleMania, especially an in-ring return. Speculation has linked Johnson’s return to WrestleMania 43 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
However, a match at the event appears highly unlikely at this stage, largely due to his filming schedule for Fast Forever, which is expected to keep Johnson occupied for the next several months.

His most recent WrestleMania appearance came at WrestleMania 40, where he teamed up with Roman Reigns to take on Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. This is also his last in-ring appearance in WWE up until now.
Notably, he was recently featured in a poster promoting an upcoming talent tryout in Hawaii. The original graphic featured several WWE Superstars, including Jimmy Uso and Jey Uso, but the updated version included The Rock alongside Roman Reigns and The Usos.
