The May 24 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event will emanate from Florida!

After delivering Backlash 2025, WWE is all set to deliver the second edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event from Florida. The second edition of SNME in 2025 will emanate live from the Yeungling Center in Tampa, Florida.

The promotion has announced four matches so far for the SNME card, as John Cena is set to battle R-Truth in a non-title match, while World Heavyweight Champion Jey Uso will defend the title against Logan Paul. Furthermore, Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest will lock horns again inside a steel cage.

CM Punk and Sami Zayn will also team up to battle the team of Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker. However, there are still a few matches that deserve a spot at SNME, Here are our top four matches that the promotion can add to the card on May 24.

4. World Tag Team titles

Last week, War Raiders (Erik & Ivar) battled American Made (Julius & Brutus Creed) to decide the next challenger for the WWE World Tag Team titles, currently held by the New Day (Xavier Woods & Kofi Kingston). Just when the War Raiders were looking to register a victory, the New Day interfered, costing them the match.

However, General Manager Adam Peacre later made the title match a triple-threat, adding War Raiders despite the loss. Pearce can announce this match for the SNME card, treating Florida fans to an amazing triple-threat tag team clash.

3. Dominik Mysterio vs AJ Styles

On the Backlash go-home show, AJ Styles expressed his desire to battle Dominik Mysterio for the Intercontinental title, while Dirty Dom asked Finn Balor to take care of AJ. Balor failed in doing so as he was pinned by Styles last week. Styles can now ask General Manager Adam Pearce to make the title match official for this Saturday.

2. Aleister Black vs Carmelo Hayes

Since his return, Aleister Black has been involved in a feud with The Miz and Carmelo Hayes. Despite his attempts, the Miz has been unable to either defeat or attack Black as he has been laid out on three separate occasions. However, Carmelo Hayes last week was able to capitalize and attack Black despite losing the match against him via DQ; the two stars can now settle their score at SNME.

1. Penta vs El Grande Americano

After Penta took out Chad Gable for making fun of his brother Rey Fenix, who lost to El Grande Americano at WrestleMania 41, Americano decided to retaliate, costing Penta the Intercontinental title match against Dominik Mysterio at Backlash 2025. The two ‘luchadors’ can settle their differences this Saturday at the Yeungling Center.
