All WWE fans await âThe Queenâsâ return.
Charlotte Flair injured herself during a WWE SmackDown match against Asuka in December, sustaining a torn ACL, MCL and meniscus after falling awkwardly from the top rope and landing on her head and leg. The projected rehabilitation time was about nine months, but Flair has already confirmed on social media that she is working hard to return as soon as possible.
Flair has been posting regular videos online of the various exercises she has been doing, and âThe Queenâ was backstage at the latest Royal Rumble premium live event, assisting her husband, Andrade El Idolo, to make a triumphant return.
Recently Flair said on CNBC, âIâm six weeks out Thursday, Iâm ahead of schedule and every day all I can think about is returning back to the ring. Especially with all the excitement of Raw going to Netflix, WrestleMania 40 in Philadelphia, all I can think about is getting back and winning that number 15.â
Potential return date is still not clear
Since December 2023, Charlotte Flair has been off TV and it is still unclear when she might return. But, with her rehabilitation in full force, we can expect her arrival sooner for sure. With WWE introducing new talent like Jade Cargill, the WWE womenâs roster needs their âqueenâ to make her comeback as soon as possible.
She is working on her injured knee but still, we can expect her off tv for 9 months. She has also significantly gotten over her pain but for complete recovery, she wonât be appearing on WWE TV.
Ric Flair spoke on the potential return of Charlotte Flair
The WWE Womenâs locker room appears to be doing better than in previous years, although it is without Charlotte Flair, who has been sidelined since December 2023. Ric Flair, the great wrestler, recently went on âBusted Open Radioâ to update fans on his daughterâs rehabilitation and praise her skills in the ring.
âI think sheâs the greatest. I think sheâs arguably one of the two or three best wrestlers, period, in the company,â Flair said. âAnd she looks better physically now than she did when she started. I mean, sheâs so committed to meal plans and her workouts.â
Flair repeated claims about Charlotteâs recuperation, claiming that she is ahead of schedule for rehab. Despite this, he pressed her to comply with the doctorâs timeline, regardless of how she felt.
âSheâs so far ahead now in this rehab,â Flair explained, âbut she just has to, you know, keep it in mind that sheâs gotta follow Dr.âs dues and orders, and itâs got to be a nine-month recovery, no matter how good she feels.â The former World Heavyweight Champion further emphasized how important it is for Charlotte to make sure sheâs healed 100%, due to her high-risk arsenal of moves. â
