The WWE Medic went viral during Monday Night Raw!

Alex Gracia, known in professional wrestling circles as “The Pink Dream,” became an unexpected internet sensation following her surprise appearance on WWE Monday Night Raw on July 21, 2025.

The independent wrestling star portrayed a medical professional attending to Dominik Mysterio during a pivotal storyline segment, capturing the attention of wrestling fans worldwide and sparking widespread curiosity about her background and career.

The Pink Dream appeared during the Women’s Tag Team title match

The 32-year-old wrestler from San Antonio, Texas, appeared during the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match between The Judgment Day and the team of Bayley and Lyra Valkyria.

When Mysterio was accidentally knocked down by his own teammate, Raquel Rodriguez. Gracia emerged dressed as WWE medical personnel to check on him.

The segment later featured AJ Styles disguised as another medical staffer, continuing their ongoing feud and setting up their Intercontinental Championship match at SummerSlam.

Gracia confirmed her WWE appearance on social media shortly after the segment aired, sharing clips and reactions on her Instagram story. The appearance has since generated significant buzz across wrestling communities, with fans eager to learn more about the talented performer who briefly stepped into the WWE spotlight.

Alex Gracia is well known among pro-wrestling circuits

Alex Gracia’s path to professional wrestling was far from conventional. After graduating from Texas A&M University in College Station with aspirations of working in sports journalism and production.

She initially followed traditional career expectations. Gracia worked as a multimedia journalist, reporter, radio host, and production assistant at various news stations and sports radio outlets.

However, after questioning whether she was truly pursuing her passion, Gracia made the life-changing decision to leave her journalism career and explore professional wrestling.

She enrolled in the Texas Wrestling Academy, formerly known as The Shawn Michaels Wrestling Academy, completing her training on April 2, 2018. The academy has produced notable wrestlers including Daniel Bryan, Brian Kendrick, and Paul London.

Her ring name “The Pink Dream” originated from an interesting source; it’s actually the name of the world’s largest pink diamond, which happened to be the background image on her phone.

Initially self-conscious about incorporating her feminine interests into wrestling, Gracia has since embraced pink as a symbol of strength and empowerment, inspiring women to showcase their power through feminine expression.

Since her 2018 debut, Gracia has established herself as a prominent figure in the independent wrestling scene. She has competed for major promotions including All Elite Wrestling (AEW), Ring of Honor (ROH), Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), and Mexico’s Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). 

Her AEW debut came on September 29, 2020, on AEW Dark, where she faced Penelope Ford, and she became a regular enhancement talent during the pandemic era.

Gracia has achieved particular success in Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling promotion, where she is a two-time Diamonds Division Champion.

Her championship reigns occurred in August 2019 and again in December 2024, demonstrating her consistent excellence over several years. She has also held titles in other promotions, including the RPW Glamour Title and the FWA Women’s Title.

Her international experience includes tours with Japan’s World Wonder Ring Stardom promotion and CMLL in Mexico, showcasing her versatility and global appeal. Gracia also participated in a WWE tryout at the Performance Center on April 25, 2019, demonstrating WWE‘s previous interest in her abilities.

Standing 5’1″ and weighing 114 pounds, Gracia brings a combination of technical skill, charisma, and positive energy to every match. 

Her finishing move, appropriately named “Pink Dreams,” reflects her character’s optimistic and inspiring persona. Beyond wrestling, she operates her own business, Pink Dream Collection, selling accessories worldwide.
