WWE star Brock Lesnar receives induction into University of Minnesota M Club Hall of Fame

Brock Lesnar is leaving his mark outside of pro wrestling.
‘The Beast Incarnate’ Brock Lesnar called the day on his pro-wrestling career following his brutal Hell in a Cell bout at SummerSlam 2026 against Oba Femi. The Beast showed his respect to Oba Femi and called him the future of the WWE. But the past that Lesnar had is never forgotten.
Recently, the University of Minnesota honored him for his accomplishments and incredible record that includes an NCAA Championship and two Big Ten Conference Championships.

Brock Lesnar was inducted into the Minnesota M Club Hall of Fame
Earlier in July, it was announced that Lesnar would be inducted into the University of Minnesota’s M Club Hall of Fame alongside nine other top performers. The event took place on Saturday, and former WWE star Shelton Benjamin was in attendance. Incidentally, Benjamin was Lesnar’s college roommate and former coach at the University of Minnesota.
Lesnar transferred to the University of Minnesota in 1998 from Bismarck State College on a wrestling scholarship and went on to clinch the 2000 NCAA Division I heavyweight title. During his time, the powerful star had a 106-5 record and was a two-time NCAA All-American and two-time Big Ten Conference Champion.
Other nine members of the HOF 2026 class include Guillermo Alvarez (Gymnastics), Lauren Gibbemeyer-Mendes (Volleyball), Jody Horak (Women’s Hockey), Sean Lumpkin (Football), Luke Appert (Baseball), Lezlie Weiss (Softball), Daniel Croaston (Swim & Dive), Larry Olimb (Men’s Hockey), Sarah (Wilhite), and Parsons (Volleyball).
Lesnar is also a member of the Bismarck State College Hall of Fame (2005) and will undoubtedly be a member of both the WWE and UFC Hall of Fames in the future.
Brock Lesnar’s possible induction in WWE Hall of Fame
The Beast Incarnate first rose to prominence in the early 2000s, winning the WWE Championship just months after his debut and becoming the youngest champion at the time. After a successful run, Lesnar left WWE in 2004 but returned in 2012 as an even bigger attraction.
As he went on to capture multiple WWE and Universal Championships and headline several WrestleMania events, there are now rumors about his possible induction into the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2027, with Paul Heyman seen as the leading candidate to induct him.
