Questions over the Crown Jewel 2026 Venue made headlines.
The venue for the Crown Jewel 2026 remained uncertain until the middle of October, with growing security concerns in Saudi Arabia raising questions about whether the Premium Live Event would take place as originally planned. WWE continued to promote Riyadh as the host city, while reports also indicated that the company had a backup location in the United States.
Construction work at the originally announced venue, Riyadh Season Stadium at the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), subsequently suggested that the show would go ahead in Saudi Arabia. However, a fresh announcement just days before the event has surprised fans, with the organisers confirming another venue change.

Crown Jewel 2026 to take place at The Venue
According to the latest updates, the ticketing page for Crown Jewel has been updated to list The Venue (ANB Arena) in Riyadh as the host location. The arena is also hosting the Canelo Alvarez vs Christian Mbilli boxing event.
The development follows Riyadh Season’s October 28 announcement that the November 7 PLE would move to a new venue. All existing ticket holders were promised full refunds, with tickets expected to be released again within 48 hours.
The change comes amid security concerns following attacks on infrastructure in Saudi Arabia, including King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. The new location is an indoor arena and smaller than the originally planned outdoor stadium. The report suggests that the indoor setting may offer an additional security advantage.
Despite the change, the mega PLE remains scheduled for November 7 in Riyadh, with no announcement of a postponement or relocation outside Saudi Arabia.
