WWE brought back the all-women’s Premium Live Event, Evolution. The second edition of the all-women’s show took place on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia. The 2025 edition was the first Evolution as well as the first all-women’s PLE to stream both on Netflix and Peacock.
The show featured stars from the Raw and SmackDown brands, along with those from the developmental brand NXT. It followed the July 12 edition of SNME, which emanated from the same venue. WWE also delivered the 2025 edition of NXT’s The Great American Bash, which emanated before SNME from Centre Stage in Atlanta.
A total of six matches were announced for the show, including five title matches, a no-holds-barred match and a 20-Woman Battle Royal for a Women’s Championship match at Clash in Paris. Becky Lynch vs Bayley vs Lyra Valkyria – WWE Intercontinental Championship match
In the first match of the show, Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch put her title on the line in a triple-threat match against Bayley and Lyra Valkyria. The match hyped up the crowd on what was to come and delivered as promised. Valkryia stood on equal footing with the two veterans.
Bayley came very close to winning the title as she took out Lyra with a vicious roseplant but Lynch stepped in with a creative roll up to pin Bayley and retain the title.

Jacy Jayne (c) vs Jordynne Grace – NXT Women’s Championship match
NXT Women’s Champion Jacy Jayne defended the title against Jordynne Grace, who was accompanied by Blake Monroe and was looking to win her first title in NXT. Jayne, on the other hand, was accompanied by her Fatal Influence stablemates, Fallon Henley and Jazmyn Nyx.
When Jayne struggled to pin Grace, she asked Henley to bring the title, while Monroe took care of Henley and Nyx. The chaos ultimatley helped Jayne as Henley distratced the official and Monroe out of nowhere hit Grace with the title, which helped Jayne pin Jordynne and retain the title.

Women’s Tag Team Champions Raquel Rodrigues and Roxanne Perez defended the titles in a fatal four-way match against the team of Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss, The Kabuki Warriors (Asuka & Kairi Sane), and the team of Sol Ruca and Zaria.
Despite chaos and tough competition, Rodriguez and Perez outlasted the competition as they capitalized on Zaria inadvertently taking out Ruca with a spear and cleared the ring. Rdoriguez then delivered a tahana bomb on Ruca to get the win and retain the tag titles.

Ahead of her title defense at SummerSlam, WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton defended her title against Hall of Famer Trish Stratus. The one-time tag partners from Elimination Chamber 2025 had mutual respect for each other, but also wanted the win more than anything.
Stratton relied on her power while Stratus used her experience, but failed to pin the Champion, who fought back, delivering the prettiest moonsault to bag the win and retain the title.

In the end, Cargill delivered jaded from the ropes through the table to pick up the win and put a final stamp on the feud.

In the 20-Woman Battle Royal for a Women’s Championship match at Clash in Paris, the participants included Nikki Bella, Chelsea Green, The Secret Hervice (Alba Fyre & Piper Niven), Natalya, Maxxine Dupri, Jaida Parker, Lash Legend, Lola Vice, Zelina Vega, Kelani Jordan, Tatum Paxley, Izzi Dame, B-Fab, Michin, Ivy Nile, Candice LeRae, Nia Jax, Stephanie Vaquer and Giulia.
Nia Jax, Stephanie Vaquer and Lash Legend were the three women left in the end, Legend dumped Jax on the apron and Vaquer joined in to eliminate Jax. Vaquer then delivered the devil’s kiss on the apron eliminating Legend to win the battle royal.

Iyo Sky defended the Women’s World title against Rhea Ripley in the main event of the all-women’s PLE. Rhea was determined to break the losing streak against Sky and pin her for the first time. Both women, tore the house down delivering high-flying moves while the other refusing to quit.
However, everything changed when both women battered and bruised fought on the ropes, where Rhea delivered a Spanish fly from the top rope. Both women were barely moving and just then Naomi darted in with the MITB briefcase cashing it in and making tha match a triple-threat affair.
Naomi took out Sky with the briefcase and sent Rhea crashing into the ring post. She then delivered the split-legged moonsault to make the pin on Sky and become the new Women’;s World Champion.
