The fallout from Backlash will be addressed on Raw.
The 2026 edition of Backlash concluded last week in Tampa, Florida, featuring five high-stakes matches, including two title showdowns. Now, WWE will travel to the Marble City for the fallout edition of Monday Night Raw.
Food City Center in Knoxville, Tennessee, will host the May 11 fallout edition. From the Raw brand, Roman Reigns retained the World Heavyweight title against Jacob Fatu, who launched a post-match assault on the Champion.
On the other hand, Iyo Sky defeated Asuka, while Bron Breakker triumphed over Seth Rollins, with a little help from the Vision members, including Paul Heyman, who interfered during the match.

Aftermath of the Backlash PLE
As noted, the 2026 edition of Backlash concluded on May 9 at the Benchmark International Arena in Tampa. WWE has no time to rest this month as they will have to switch back into the build towards the upcoming Saturday Night’s Main Event and the next PLE after Backlash, i.e., Clash in Italy.
The show is expected to address the aftermath of the PLE, especially the attack by Jacob Fatu on Roman Reigns after the match, while building towards SNME and Clash in Italy.
