The Backlash go-home edition of Raw carries huge anticipation.

Before WWE arrives in Tampa, Florida, this Saturday, the promotion will deliver the go-home edition of Monday Night Raw. The May 4 go-home edition of the Red brand will air live from the CHI Health Center in Omaha, Nebraska.

WWE has announced a banged card featuring World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns, Jacob Fatu, Oba Femi, and many more. NXT standout Sol Ruca will sing her Raw contract after making her debut last month. Additionally, stars set to collide at the PLE will face off for the final time.

Contract signing between Roman Reigns & Jacob Fatu

Last week, Jacob Fatu almost forced Roman Reigns to accept his challenge for Backlash, applying the Tongan Death Grip, leaving the Champion gasping for breath as he accepted the challenge, wanting to settle the score. Fatu continued wreaking havoc even on last week’s SmackDown, single-handedly taking down the MFTs (Talla Tonga & Solo Sikoa).

After the destruction, Jacob Fatu sent a message through The Usos, who were competing against the MFTs in the main event, telling them to let Roman Reigns know that he plans to “dog walk” him at Backlash.

During the show, WWE also announced that the two will take part in a contract signing ahead of their title clash at Backlash. Fans are waiting to see what chaos unfolds during their final face-off this Monday.

Sol Ruca signs her Raw contract

After concluding her feud with Zaria on NXT, Sol Ruca, after making her Raw debut during the fallout show of WrestleMania, is now set to sign the contract. Ruca has already impressed fans with her performances in NXT and during a match with Bayley during the SNME, which featured John Cena’s retirement match.

Now, fans are waiting to see what Ruca does on the main roster and how WWE handles her booking, especially since she confronted Women’s World Champion Liv Morgan in her debut.

Penta & Je’Von Evans vs Rusev & Ethan Page – Tag Team match

Following last week’s show, in an exclusive social media post, WWE announced that Intercontinental Champion Penta and Je’Von Evans will team up to battle the team of Rusev and Ethan Page. Rusev even warned Page that they would have a problem if they lost.

The match was set up after another attack by Rusev and Page, this time on the Intercontinental Champion, with Evans making the save.

Oba Femi vs TBA – Open Challenge

Oba Femi defeated Grayson Waller with ease during last week’s show and then announced an Open challenge, putting the whole roster on notice. Femi is now set to commence the open challenge this Monday on Raw.
