Two matches for Wrestlepalooza were announced on the September 8 episode of Raw!
The September 8 episode of Monday Night Raw continued the ascent towards the upcoming Wrestlepalooza 2025. The show aired live from the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. During the show, the promotion announced two more matches for the upcoming PLE.
The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso) will battle The Vision (Bron Breakker & Bronson Reed) in a tag team match, while the team of AJ Lee and CM Punk will take on Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins in a mixed tag team match.
In the first match of the show, AJ Styles defeated El Grande Americano, while Raquel Rodriguez pinned Lyra Valkyria. Rusev defeated Penta in an impromptu match, with little interference from The New Day and Grayson Waller.
Asuka submitted Nikki Bella, while Bronson Reed defeated LA Knight in the main event. After the match, Breakker and Reed started punishing Knight, who was aided by Jimmy Uso. After Big Jim fell prey to the numbers game, Jey arrived to even the odds, and Knight stepped in with a steel chair to send Bron Brons packing. Out of nowhere, Jey speared Knight to end the show.
