Let’s discuss the latest rumors circulating among fans on social media!

Speculations and rumors are among some of the favorite pastimes for WWE fans worldwide. Fans from all over the world enjoy discussing and debating various aspects of the world of pro wrestling. The road to WrestleMania began with the Royal Rumble PLE and was followed by Elimination Chamber. Fans have started speculating about the matches and appearances.

In today’s edition of the rumor roundup, we cover the latest rumors and news circulating among fans on social media, including John Cena & Cody Rhodes’ Raw segment, WWE vs AEW, Money in the Bank 2025, WWE Hall of Fame 2025, and more.

John Cena & Cody Rhodes’ Raw segment

After turning hell and attacking Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes, John Cena made his highly anticipated return on the 03/17 episode of Monday Night Raw. As expected Cena blasted the fans for mistreating him and was also involved in a fierce segment with Rhodes.

According to WrestleVotes the initial plan for the segment between the two stars was originally planned for fifteen minutes, but the segment lasted around half an hour which led to multiple segments being cut, and the infamous match between Jey Uso and Austin Theory was also cut short.

“After speaking to sources regarding this past Monday’s Raw, we are told the beginning of the show went longer than initially planned as the opening segment between John Cena and Cody Rhodes was slated for just 15 minutes. Due to the overrun in segment number one, much of the content then featured on WWE social accounts, such as the Maxxine Dupri/Natalya/Alpha Academy segment along with the Bayley-Lyra Valkyria spot, were indeed planned for the live broadcast.

In addition, the now slightly controversial matchup between Jey Uso and Austin Theory was planned for eight minutes of in-ring action post-Jey’s commercial break entrance, which was of course ended much shorter,”

WWE vs AEW

Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio suggests WWE’s UK tour in late August is deliberately scheduled to clash with AEW‘s Forbidden Door event in London, stating “it’s not a coincidence.”

“WWE, part of TKO Group Holdings, announced the Road to Clash in Paris tour across the U.K., Ireland & France this August that will see WWE Superstars visit Dublin, Liverpool, Newcastle, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff and Lyon ahead of Clash in Paris.

This marks the first time in 12 years that WWE will broadcast an event from Birmingham and the first-ever televised SmackDown to emanate from Dublin.”

Money in the Bank 2025 & WWE Hall of Fame 2025

According to a recent report from WrestleVotes, the location for the 2025 edition of the Money In The Bank PLE has been decided for the Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, California.

According to WrestleVotes, another name being discussed internally for the 2025 WWE Hall of Fame is ‘The Ugandan Giant’ Kamala. The legend who is known for his dominant run in the ‘80s and ‘90s, could join Triple H, Lex Luger, and Michelle McCool this year.

Additionally, PWInsider claims that the addition of MMA and pro wrestling legend Ken Shamrock going into the WWE Hall of Fame has also been discussed internally.

Tom Aspinall floats the idea of a WWE tag team match & an update on Alexa Bliss

UFC interim Heavyweight Champion Tom Aspinall in a recent conversation with The Schmo revealed his retirement plans and stated that Cody Rhodes is his guy. Aspinall then floated the idea of a WWE tag team match featuring him and Rhodes on one side against UFC Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones and John Cena on the other, labeling it, “Cody Rhodes, Tom Aspinall versus Jon Jones and John Cena. Baby faces versus heels.”

According to Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful, the promotion had initially planned a “tag team program” for Alexa Bliss at WrestleMania 41, but those plans were scrapped when she was pulled from events that week.
