Update on Chelsea Green
According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful, Chelsea Green has chosen to remain an on-screen presence during her recovery instead of taking time off entirely, a decision the promotion has backed. She’s expected to keep appearing on SmackDown and AAA shows even while she isn’t cleared to compete.
Although there’s no confirmed timeline for her return, there’s increasing optimism that she could be medically cleared sooner than expected, which keeps the door open, though still unconfirmed, for a possible WrestleMania appearance.
Green also shared an update on her injury last week via her IG, revealing that she was able to slowly jog for the first time since the injury.
Drew McIntyre vs Jacob Fatu
Drew McIntyre and Jacob Fatu were at each other’s throats on the March 20 episode of SmackDown, brawling throughout the night. Their chaos ultimately led to the cancellation of their scheduled match and culminated in both men crashing off a high steel structure in the closing moments of the show. Now, reports indicate the two are on a collision course for WrestleMania.
According to Ibou of Self Made Pro, the feud between the two stars will end up in a clash at WrestleMania. The match is likely to be contested inside the Hell in a Cell.
Additionally, Dave Scherer of PWInsider.com also shared his perspective on the angle, noting that the direction of the feud feels like a logical next step given how events unfolded on SmackDown last week.
“Here’s the thing, at some point almost every wrestler will meet someone that is their equal and at that point, it’s two guys in a fight. Drew is definitely Jacob’s equal and also a man to avoid, so I am good with what they are doing.
After them falling off of the building, it has to be Jacob-Drew at Mania and it should be inside Hell In The Cell because their feud has escalated to that point.”
Bianca Belair update & Saturday Night’s Main Event at MSG
According to Bodyslam.net, Bianca Belair has started to do some light training as part of her effort to make her much-awaited in-ring return. The report suggests that Belair may return to in-ring action in the near future, though no specific timeline has been confirmed yet.
Belair has been out of action due to a finger injury since 2025; her last in-ring appearance came during the 41st edition of WrestleMania against Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley.
Additionally, WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful also reported that WWE is planning to bring the third edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event to Madison Square Garden in New York on July 18
