The show marked the first televised WWE event held in Fort Wayne since 2014. The show aired live on Peacock in the United States, on Sony in India, and on YouTube across most international markets.
Apart from an IC title clash, the WWE Men’s and Women’s titles were on the line. Additionally, a six-woman tag team match featuring Rhea Ripley, Charlotte Flair, and Alexa Bliss against the team of Jade Cargill, Michin, and B-Fab was also announced for the show, along with a singles clash between Becky Lynch and Sol Ruca.
WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event May 2026 Summary and Highlights

Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair & Rhea Ripley vs Jade Cargill, B-Fab & Michin – Six-woman tag team match
The six-woman tag team match opened the show, with WWE Women’s Champion Rhea Ripley teaming up with Alexa Bliss and Charlotte Flair against the team of Jade Cargill, B-Fab, and Michin. Flair and Ripley were even able to put aside their differences and embrace, with Alexa joining in the group hug.
However, the momentary lack of focus cost them the win as Cargill stepped in and cleared Alexa and Flair, before taking Ripley with the Jaded to pick up the win ahead of the title rematch against Rhea at Clash in Italy.
Winner: Jade Cargill, B-Fab & Michin
Grade: B+
Becky Lynch vs Sol Ruca
After a lot of confusion, it was finally confirmed that Becky Lynch and Sol Ruca will collide in a non-title match. Ruca was looking to win one of the biggest matches of her young career and register her first win since her main roster debut. Becky, on the other hand, had no intentions to fight as she continued the underhanded tactics.
Chaos ensued when Ruca went for the Sol Snatcher, and Becky pulled the referee, Jessika Carr, in front. Carr immediately called off the match, handing Ruca the win via disqualification. However, as Ruca was checking the referee, Becky stepped back into the ring, hitting two back-to-back manhandle slams. A title match between the two was announced for Clash in Italy shortly after the sequence.
Winner: Sol Ruca via DQ
Grade: C-
Penta (c) vs Ethan Page – Intercontinental title match
Penta defended the Intercontinental title against Ethan Page in the third match of the show. Both stars delivered an incredible performance with Page able to keep up with the veteran luchador, even coming very close to securing the win.
As frustration mounted, Page turned to using cheap tactics, removing the padding on the turnbuckle and slamming Penta into it. However, Penta was able to kick out and use the same exposed turnbuckle to slam Page into it and follow it up with the Mexican Destroyer to retain the title.
Winner & Still: Penta
Grade: A
Brie Bella & Paige (c) vs The Irresistible Forces (Lash Legend & Nia Jax) – WWE Women’s Tag Team titles match
In the co-main event of the evening, the Women’s Tag Team titles were up for grabs as reigning Champions Brie Bella and Paige battled The Irresistible Forces (Lash Legend & Nia Jax). Acknowledging that they’re the underdog and are at a massive size and power advantage, the reigning champions use their years of experience to get ahead.
In the closing moments, Paige was tagged back in, and she launched herself from the top rope onto Jax with a sunset flip, right into a pin attempt. Brie assisted with the leverage, allowing Paige to secure the win and retain the tag titles.
Winner & Still: Brie Bella & Paige
Grade: C+
The Vision (Logan Paul & Austin Theory) (c) vs The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) – Tag Team match for the World Tag Team titles
The main event saw Logan Paul and Austin Theory take on The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins & Montez Ford) with the World Tag Team titles on the line. As expected, when things got tough for Logan and Theory, Bron Breakker rushed in to assist, but Ford ducked him, while Dawkins shoved him as Bron went flying over the announce desk.
However, the interferences didn’t stop there, as when Ford was pinning Theory, Paul Heyman put Theory’s legs on the ropes to break the win. Ford went to confront Heyman, and Logan knocked him out using the brass knuckles. Dawkins took out Logan, but it was too late as Theory pinned an unconscious Ford to retain the titles.
After the match, as the Vision was celebrating the win, Breakker stepped back into the ring to deliver two devastating spears to Ford and Dawkins. Logan, Theory, and Heyman joined Breakker as they celebrated the win to close out the show.
Winner & Still: The Vision (Logan Paul & Austin Theory)
