‘The Role Model’ recently defended her title at Backlash PLE

Bayley is one of the greatest women professional wrestlers, who has been in WWE since 2012. She is one of the four horse women, who played a major role in the women’s revolution. Bayley’s contribution to the women’s division is incomparable.

She is the first-ever Women’s Grand Slam Champion of the company, who held all the championships in WWE. Bayley has a great reign both as a babyface and as a heel. The Role Model is now the WWE Women’s Champion, who defeated her former Damage CTRL member IYO SKY at WrestleMania 40 to become the champion.

Bayley is currently on the SmackDown brand and successfully defended her title at Backlash 2024 in France, earlier this month. However, she didn’t get featured in the upcoming King of the Ring PLE in Saudi Arabia. As fans were wondering whether they could see The Role Model in Saudi Arabia, a recent poster revealed by WWE gives a positive update.

Bayley features as sole star on new WWE SmackDown poster

Bayley was featured in the May 24, 2024 episode of WWE SmackDown poster as the sole star. The 5/24 episode of SmackDown is the final episode of SmackDown before King and Queen of the Ring PLE. This is the first SmackDown to take place in Saudi Arabia. Bayley is the only star to be confirmed for the show, however, Bayley hasn’t been confirmed for the King and Queen of the Ring PLE.

There has been a huge debate among WWE fans since Bayley won her WWE Women’s Championship at WrestleMania 40, that she is not given the same attention, that the other champions receive. One such thing is The Role Model not being featured in the posters for the upcoming TV shows and PLEs. It seems like WWE has heard the request by releasing a poster featuring only her.

It would be interesting to see what the champ will be bringing to the table, as she is not in the mix at King and Queen of the Ring 2024 PLE. Could we be able to see Bayley wrestling a match in Saudi Arabia? We need to wait until an official announcement from WWE is made.
