Top five WWE stars who could move to RAW now that SmackDown is returning to two hours

Friday Night SmackDown is reverting to a two-hour format.
WWE RAW has been a three-hour show for the last thirteen years after the 1000th episode aired. The company’s second show, SmackDown, has also followed both a two- and three-hour format over the years. It was announced that Blue Brand would go back from a three-hour show to a two-hour event each week on Netflix.
With one hour less of onscreen time, a roster shake-up might be needed that can see some SmackDown stars move to RAW. Here are five of those top WWE names who can benefit from a move to Monday Nights:
5. Naomi

Naomi has been experiencing a major career resurgence in WWE ever since she turned heel and adopted a new ‘Caution’ gimmick. She also won the Money in the Bank briefcase, getting a significant push in the company.
A move to RAW could complement this new change and could possibly lead to Naomi achieving more success than she ever did in WWE.

4. LA Knight
LA Knight has all the potential to become what his moniker is, a Megastar. Despite being a two-time United States Champion and a highly popular star, he has yet to make a huge impact.
While SmackDown did not see that, LA Knight moving to RAW could be the direction in which he needs to break out as a top-tier attraction.
3. Tiffany Stratton

Tiffany Stratton has achieved major success in only the first year of her run on the main roster of SmackDown. Stratton could drop her WWE Women’s title to the next in line top star on the blue brand, Jade Cargill, at SummerSlam and head over to RAW to explore new opportunities and add more accolades to her resume.

2. Andrade El Idolo
Andrade El Idolo was brought back to WWE in 2024 in hopes of making him a top star. Apart from his compelling rivalry with Carmelo Hayes, El Idolo has not had any relevant storylines or programs.
He could make the shift to Monday Night RAW following SmackDown’s return to a two-hour format and try his luck in a different landscape.
1. Drew McIntyre
Drew McIntyre experienced one of the most successful WWE tenures during his stay on Monday Night RAW in 2024. He moved to SmackDown in hopes of creating that same success, but it did not happen.
Instead, he was featured in lackluster programs, unlike his captivating rivalry with CM Punk on RAW. McIntyre looks like to be made for the Red brand and should move back following SmackDown’s shift to two hours.
