WWE SummerSlam 2025 Night 2 Replay: Brock Lesnar returns; Cody Rhodes beats John Cena; Naomi and Becky Lynch retain & more

Hello everyone and welcome to Khel Now’s LIVE COVERAGE and RESULTS of Night 2 of WWE SummerSlam 2025. The start of the show is just a few hours away! After delivering as promised on night one of WWE SummerSlam 2025, WWE is ready to deliver the second edition of the show. The 2025 edition has already edged its place in history books being the first-ever two-night SummerSlam, a format previously reserved only for WrestleMania.
Now the night two edition of the show is scheduled to take place on Sunday, August 3, and will emanate live from the same venue, MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Multiple big names, including John Cena, Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, AJ Styles, and Becky Lynch, among others, will compete on the show.
WWE SummerSlam 2025 Night 2: Full match card
- John Cena (c) vs Cody Rhodes – Street Fight for the Undisputed WWE Championship (main event)
- Naomi (c) vs Iyo Sky vs Rhea Ripley – Women’s World Championship match
- Becky Lynch (c) vs Lyra Valkyria – WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship match
- Solo Sikoa (c) vs Jacob Fatu – Steel Cage match for the United States title
- Dominik Mysterio (c) vs AJ Styles – WWE Intercontinental title match
- The Wyatt Sicks (Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy) (c) vs Andrade and Rey Fénix vs #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa) vs Fraxiom (Axiom and Nathan Frazer) vs Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) vs The Street Profits (Angelo Dawkins and Montez Ford) – Six-Pack Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match for the WWE Tag Team title match
John Cena (c) vs Cody Rhodes – Street Fight for the Undisputed WWE Championship (main event)

After winning in the finals of the King of the Ring tournament, Cody Rhodes is now set to battle John Cena for the Undisputed title in a street fight. This will be a rematch from their first meeting at WrestleMania 41, where Cena pinned Rhodes to capture the title.
Naomi (c) vs Iyo Sky vs Rhea Ripley – Women’s World Championship match
After a successful MITB cash-in during the second edition of Evolution, during Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley’s title clash, Naomi captured the Women’s World title via Money in the Bank cash-in. However, her title celebration was interrupted by Sky and Ripley, leading to GM Adam Pearce announcing a triple-threat match between the three for SummerSlam.
Becky Lynch (c) vs Lyra Valkyria – WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship match
Lyra Valkyria defeated Bayley in a two-out-of-three falls match to become the number one contender for the Women’s Intercontinental Championship on the July 14 episode of Raw. She is now set to face Becky Lynch for the title.
The two women have agreed on a stipulation of no disqualifications, no count-outs, last-chance match, which means if Lynch retains, Valkyria can no longer challenge for the title for as long as she is ht IC champion.
Solo Sikoa (c) vs Jacob Fatu – Steel Cage match for the United States title

United States Champion Solo Sikoa is set to defend the title in a steel cage match against Jacob Fatu, who used to stand alongside him as his enforcer. The two stars have had a massive crash-out, which led to fierce animosity between the two.
To counter Fatu, Sikoa has multiple times used his newly built faction, MFT (Talla Tonga, JC Mateo & Tonga Loa). The MFTs even helped Solo capture the US title in their last meeting at Night of Champions; he will now have to defend it in the rematch.
Dominik Mysterio (c) vs AJ Styles – WWE Intercontinental title match
Intercontinental Champion Dominik Mysterio was set to battle AJ Styles at Night of Champions. However, the match was cancelled due to Dominik’s injury. Mysterio is now cleared for competition and will defend the title against Styles at ‘the biggest party of the summer.’
The Wyatt Sicks (c) vs Andrade & Rey Fenix vs #DIY vs Fraxiom vs Motor City Machine Guns vs The Street Profits – Six-Pack Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match for the WWE Tag Team Championship
During the closing moments of July 25 episode of SmackDown, GM Nick Aldis announced a Six-Pack Tables, Ladders, and Chairs match for the WWE Tag Team Championship where The Wyatt Sicks (Dexter Lumis and Joe Gacy) will defend the title against Andrade and Rey Fenix, #DIY (Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa), Fraxiom (Axiom and Nathan Frazer), Motor C
