Immediately following Panwar, the duo of Satnam Singh and Salman Khan will fight for a podium spot in the Men’s Double Sculls Final at 5:30 AM IST. Rounding out the morning sculling and sweep finals, Jaswinder Singh and Nitin Kumar will line up in the Men’s Pair Final at 6:30 AM IST, aiming to secure India’s traditional stronghold in continental rowing.
Rowing — Poonam, Aleena Anto, Tendenthoi Devi Haobijam, Gurbani Kaur
India’s sweep challenge in the women’s regatta reaches its medal conclusion at 7:10 AM IST at the Nagaragawa International Regatta Course. The four-woman crew of Poonam, Aleena Anto, Tendenthoi Devi Haobijam, and Gurbani Kaur will compete in the Women’s Four Final.

Canoe sprint medal races get underway at the Miyoshi Lake Canoe Course, where Indian paddlers will contest two direct 500m finals. At 8:10 AM IST, the quartet of Naocha Singh Laitonjam, Varinder Singh, Arun Singh Oinam, and Harshwardhan Singh Shaktawat will race in the Men’s Kayak Four 500m Final.
Shortly after at 8:30 AM IST, Gyaneshwor Singh Philem and Raju Rawat will take to the water in the Men’s Canoe Double 500m Final, chasing clean sprint timing over the half-kilometer distance. Earlier in the morning, Megha Pradeep (Women’s C1 200m at 6:30 AM IST) and the pair of Soniya Devi Phairembam and Parvathy Geetha (Women’s K2 500m at 6:50 AM IST) will look to cross the semifinal hurdle to join the medal races.
