Kunlavut Vitidsarn pulled out from the tournament
The Thailand Masters 2024 is a prestigious tournament that will showcase some of the best players in the world, such as India’s star Kidambi Srikanth in the men’s singles event. Other Indian players who will compete in the Thailand Masters Badminton 2024 are Kiran George, Sameer Verma, Mithun Manjunath, and Sankar Muthusamy.
The women’s singles event will also feature some talented Indian players, such as Ashmita Chaliha and Malvika Bansod.
The women’s singles event will be dominated by the local favorite Ratchanok Intanon, who is the top seed and the most likely to win the title.
However, some of the top players have pulled out of the tournament, such as Thailand’s Kunlavut Vitidsarn and Japan’s Kento Momota. India’s Aakarshi Kashyap has also withdrawn.
The Thailand Masters was suspended for two years due to the Coronavirus pandemic, but it resumed in 2023 and is now back for its seventh edition this year
