Former India wicket-keeper batsman Dinesh Karthik has named his best T20 batter of all time. During a chat with Cricbuzz, the 40-year-old narrowed down the best T20 batter of all time from a list of legendary players.
During the challenge, Karthik was given a long list of legendary batters with the likes of Rohit Sharma, Chris Gayle, AB de Villiers, Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Yuvraj Singh, MS Dhoni, and Suresh Raina. After multiple rounds of elimination, he narrowed down the list to four players – Rohit, De Villiers, Kohli, and Dhoni.
Later, Karthik went ahead with De Villiers and Kohli, but had a tough challenge to pick one in the end. Eventually, he chose Kohli as the best T20 batter of all time due to his unmatched consistency and ability to perform in pressure moments, which makes him a special batsman.
