Mumbai Indians full squad after WPL 2026 mega auction

Mumbai Indians are the defending champions of the WPL.

Mumbai Indians (MI) have done smart business in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 mega auctions. The defending champions have added a lot of firepower and brought several of their players back into the squad. With the emphasis on protecting the core of a title-winning team, MI have spent their purse prudently.

The defending champions spent a large sum of money to bring Amelia Kerr back into the fold. The kiwi batter got a whopping 3 crores on her return to Mumbai. Relying on the experience again, Mumbai have paved the way for Shabnim Ismail’s inclusion for just 60 lakhs.

The franchise has also shown faith in Indian talent as they added the likes of, Sajeevan Sajna, Sanskriti Gupta, and Rahila Firdous, among others, to bolster the team combination. Another familiar name in Saika Ishaque, is again back in the squad.
