IPL 2023: Sanju Samson reveals why Trent Boult isn't included in RR's playing XI today vs CSK

Rajasthan Royals will miss the services of Trent Boult tonight against CSK.
RR pacer Trent Boult is in red-hot form with the ball and also struggling with a few niggles at the same time. Trent Boult will be missing his second game of the IPL 2023. Boult is out of the Chennai Super Kings clash due to a niggle once again. Rajasthan Royals have brought in Adam Zampa in place of Trent Boult for an important game at Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur. Boult has 9 wickets in 6 games for the royals and gave early breakthroughs in the powerplay.
Rajasthan Royals captain Sanju Samson has won the toss and has decided to bat first against CSK. Sanju Samson at toss informed, “Boult misses out due to a niggle, Zampa is playing in his place”. Sanju also said that Rajasthan Royals are sticking to their strengths. He said, “We would like to bat as we like to stick to our strength, which is to defend”. The Royals have lost their last two games while chasing a target. The royals lost their homecoming game here at Sawai Mansingh stadium against Lucknow Super Giants.
