One of the unfortunate IPL franchises who never won a trophy is Delhi Capitals whose former name was Delhi Daredevils till 2018. Delhi’s home ground is Arun Jaitley Stadium and their head coach is Australian legend Ricky Ponting. Though the team is one of the former IPL franchises still it took 12 year for them to reach their first final in 2020 which they lost at the hands of Mumbai Indians.
