When will Virat Kohli & Rohit Sharma play their next game in Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26?

Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli made a sensational start to their Vijay Hazare Trophy 2025-26 campaigns.

Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma, fondly called as “RoKo” in recent times made a return to the Vijay Hazare Trophy in the ongoing season. Both batters made a real statement on their return, scoring centuries in their respective games.

Kohli scored 131 off 101 balls against Andhra Pradesh and helped his team chase down a target of 299 runs. In the process, Kohli brought up the milestone of 16,000 List A runs. Kohli’s 16,000-run feat makes him only the second Indian player, after legendary batter Sachin Tendulkar, to reach that milestone.

Rohit on the other hand, scored a 94-ball 155 as Mumbai thrashed Sikkim by eight wickets in their Elite Group C match in Jaipur. The former Indian skipper won the Man Of The Match for his performance with the bat.

Mumbai successfully chased down the target of 237 runs with Rohit’s knock being laced with 18 fours and nine sixes at a strike rate of over 160. It was a timely reminder from the senior Indian players about their form and class with talks of their retirement ahead of the ICC Cricket World Cup 2027.

When will Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli play their next VHT 2025-26 match ?

Fans of Rohit and Virat are now eagerly waiting for both the senior players to return to the cricket pitch. Fans in Jaipur got to see Rohit playing a brilliant knock while Virat played his at the Centre of Excellence ground in Bengaluru. For fans, it was a dream to see the two senior Indian players in full flow in different parts of the country and they want to see more from the two.

Kohli will return to playing the Vijay Hazare Trophy in Delhi’s next match against Gujarat for the second round of games on December 26. The match will be played at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.  Rohit Sharma too will turn up for Mumbai against Uttarakhand at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium in Jaipur on December 26 as well.

Unfortunately, fans weren’t able to see the two Indian legends play in the first game as there was no live streaming for these games and same might be case for next. Meanwhile, both Delhi and Mumbai are topping their respective points table.
