Top seven English clubs with most domestic cup trophies
These clubs are giants of English football
Football has become so competitive nowadays. Even the smallest of the club can now challenge the big giants of the leagues. In this atmosphere, it is really hard to win a trophy both in the domestic as well as continental arena. In this context, the Premier League is considered the toughest league in the whole Europe.
While other leagues have one or two giants, Premier League has their precious top six clubs, and if the competition was not enough, it also has every club which have the capability to shake these giants. For example a club like Newcastle United is currently in the top five of the Premier League while clubs like Liverpool and Chelsea are far behind it in the league table.
For English clubs, winning Domestic cups which are FA Cup and EFL or Carabao Cup in itself becomes a tedious task. FA Cup is a complete knockout competition and the EFL Cup is also single legged knockout except for its semi-final which is two legged.
