AC Milan include 15-year-old Francesco Camarda in squad against Fiorentina confirms Pioli

Francesco Camarda could become the youngest player in Serie A history
You have plenty of chance if you’ve had no knowledge of Francesco Camarda. It has been agreed by AC Milan to put the 15-year-old attacker in the team for Saturday’s San Siro match against Fiorentina.
Camarda turned 15 this year, however, she was born in Milan on March 10, 2008. Due to injuries to Rafael Leao and Noah Okafor, as well as Olivier Giroud’s two-game suspension following his red card against Lecce, Stefano Pioli’s team is severely short-manned.
Pioli made the decision to call the 15-year-old for this weekend’s game because of this. At his press conference prior to kickoff, he affirmed the choice.
“Talent has no age. He is very young but from a character point of view, he is already mature. He is happy to be with us and is ready if we need him.”
Arguably the most gifted Italian player in the system, Camarda has notched seven goals in 13 games with the Ignazio Abate-coached AC Milan U-19 team. Those three goals came from the UEFA Youth League (a brace against Newcastle and a spectacular bicycle kick against PSG in the most recent game).

The young player is training for the youth team right now, but he has already practised with the first team several times, including during the preseason. Camarda played for AC Milan when he was a (even younger) child and is a devoted follower of the team. He was born in Milan.
The Rossoneri want to guarantee his future at the club and ward off any potential interest from other elite European clubs, therefore the club is currently in talks with his family and agency on a new deal.
With the start of his career, Camarda would create a record as the youthful attacker could become the youngest player to make their Serie A debut (15 years and 259 days), surpassing Wisdom Amey, the centre-back for Bologna, who earned his professional debut in May 2021 at the age of 15 years, 9 months, and 1 day.
Camarda was also going to exceed Paolo Maldini, who at sixteen years and six months old earned his first appearance in Serie A in Perugia in January 1985 while wearing the Rossoneri jersey.
