Alphonso Davies keen on Real Madrid move
Davies is yet to extend his contract which expires in 2025
Alphonso Davies, a defensive back for Bayern Munich, has told the team that he wishes to play for Los Blancos. The LaLiga powerhouses have excluded any other additions for January.
As reported by AS, Alphonso Davies has informed Bayern Munich that he would like to sign with Real Madrid in the upcoming summer transfer window.
The LaLiga powerhouses are interested in the young Canadian, believing he can lead the left-back position at the Bernabeu. The 22-year-old is one of the best in the world for his position.
Over the years, Davies has proven great for the Bavarians. In 169 appearances in all competitions, the Canadian scored eight goals and 28 assists. He is a contemporary full-back who is skilled in the final third and reliable at the back, making him a great fit for the big La Liga teams.
