Argentina announce squad for upcoming FIFA U-17 World Cup 2023

Argentina last reached the final four 10 years ago
In all FIFA-sponsored competitions involving that age group, Argentina is represented by the national U-17 football team.
Argentina competed in 14 of the 18 FIFA U-17 World Cups, placing third three times and fourth twice overall. Additionally, Argentina has four victories in the South American Under-17 Football Championship.
Claudio Echeverri, a 17-year-old from Argentina, is going to be a prominent figure at this U-17 World Cup. Even though many football fans haven’t seen him play, he has been the talk of Monumental and social media for a while because of the effect he made during his ascent through the younger ranks with both club and nation.
After all, only a select few River players—including Javier Saviola, Pablo Aimar, and Erik Lamela—have been greeted with standing ovations upon making their first-team debuts.
Echeverri, who scored five goals at the South American U-17 Championships, which took place in Ecuador in March and April of this year, proved among the top performers and therefore crucial to Argentina’s participation for Indonesia 2023. After the tournament, he was promoted to the River initial squad as his prize.

Echeverri has taken full advantage of those opportunities, snapping pictures with his idol, Lionel Messi, as well as a number of other famous people, leaving a lasting impact.
