Football shirts are not just sportswear for fans, they represent emotions and memories and a connection to the football club they support. Fans wear these shirts during the matches to show their love and support for the club. Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi have been the most popular players of the last decade and a half and their jerseys were the most popular in football, but their dominance is ending.

With more and more new talents coming up in football fans are buying shirts of those players, here we look at the top ten best-selling shirt across Europe in October:

10. Vinicius Junior (Real Madrid)

A versatile player, although he is usually deployed on the left flank, he can play anywhere along the front line and has also been used on the right or in the centre. Possessing explosive acceleration, and excellent pace, agility, balance, technique, flair, dribbling skills, and close control at speed. The Brazilian is not having a great season so far. He has made 11 appearances and scored three and assisted three goals. The Real Madrid star remains a popular player.

Erik ten Hag has taken a liking to the young Argentinian and fully integrated him into the first-team squad. One of Garnacho’s standout traits that’s immediately obvious when you watch him is his close control. At times, the ball seems like it’s stuck to his foot as he looks to ghost past his defender, either inside or outside.

There is no surprise to see his name on the list, he is a fan favourite and will definitely be crucial for them in many more seasons to come. The Argentine is still only 19, and making the top 10 of this list is a testament to his hard work and talent.

7. Kevin De Bruyne (Manchester City)

A versatile and highly talented player, he plays mainly as an attacking or a central midfielder but can also operate in several other positions. Although he is not blessed with significant physical strength, pace, or ability in the air, he is a quick and elegant player on the ball with good dribbling skills, while his positional sense, tactical intelligence, movement, direct style of play and ability to run at defences when in possession also enable him to take advantage of spaces in the opposition’s defence and subsequently create chances and goalscoring opportunities for himself or his teammates. He hasn’t played much this season due to injury, but he remains a top player.

6. Mohamed Salah (Liverpool)
