The 2023–24 CONCACAF Nations League is the third season of the CONCACAF Nations League, an international association football competition involving the men’s national teams of the 41 member associations of CONCACAF. The competition saw a format change, with League A featuring sixteen teams in two groups of a Swiss system, followed by a quarter-final round. The Nations League also serves as a qualification for CONCACAF teams to the 2024 Copa América in the United States. The United States are the two-time defending champions.

Costa Rica, Panama, Jamaica, Canada, United States, Trinidad and Tobago, Honduras and Mexico.

Mexico, the United States, Costa Rica and Canada had already qualified for the last eight based on their seedings. Panama and Jamaica finished at the top of the table in Group A and Group B respectively. Honduras finished behind Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago came second in their group.

CONCACAF Nations League 2023-24 Quarter-finals fixtures

QF1: Costa Rica vs Panama

QF2: Jamaica vs Canada

QF3: United States vs Trinidad and Tobago

QF4: Honduras vs Mexico

The four teams will be ranked based on their results in the two quarter-final legs to determine the semi-final matchups. The first seed played the fourth seed and the second seed played the third seed.

The quarter-final pairings were determined based on the CONCACAF Rankings as of 18 October 2023 for the four pre-seeded teams and the group stage results for the winners and runners-up of each group. The four pre-seeded teams that received a direct bye to the quarter-finals (Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico and the United States) had the chance to decide the order of legs. The winners will advance to the Nations League Finals and qualify for the 2024 Copa América, while the losers will advance to the Copa América qualifying play-offs.
