Manchester United plotting move for Chelsea defender Trevoh Chalobah

Chalobah has been told he is not part of Pochettino’s plan
Trevoh Chalobah, a defender for Chelsea, is expected to be driven to depart the team because Borussia Dortmund, Manchester United, and Bayern Munich are all interested in recruiting the 24-year-old.
In the upcoming months, Chalobah will depart Chelsea, and a competition is already underway to sign the defender. The summer transfer window saw the England youth international very close to leaving, but a deal fell through, and his club wants him off their payroll.
The centre back, who came through Chelsea’s youth, is a devoted fan of the team and is upset about having to leave. He would prefer to stay and defend his position, but Mauricio Pochettino, the manager, has reportedly told him that he is not in his long-term plans.

Chalobah’s breakthrough came when Thomas Tuchel gave him his professional debut while he was the club’s manager, and the two of them still have a great rapport. According to sources, Tuchel’s current team, Bayern Munich, is a possibility for a January deal.
Both German teams, though, might have more competition as rumour has it that Manchester United are keeping a close eye on Chalobah’s circumstances and is thinking about making a move to try to keep him in England.
Although Chelsea is willing to sell to make several new additions during the winter transfer window, they are asking for a price in the neighbourhood of £45 million.
