Real Madrid vs Valencia: Predicted lineup, injury news, head-to-head, telecast
Following last week’s surprising draw with Rayo Vallecano, Real Madrid will be seeking to get back on track
Real Madrid have been playing well this season, but last week’s draw against Rayo Vallecano has put them two points behind the leaders. While Real Madrid were dominant throughout the match, they missed the final touch in the box which has been a big talking point in their squad this season. They will look to redeem themselves against Valencia reclaiming the top spot in the next match.
This season, Valencia has shown a much-improved performance than last season, but they are still a far cry from the old Valencia. With wins against Atletico Madrid and others, they have seemed threatening, but they need to be more consistent. Despite currently being 8th in the league, Valencia has been unbeaten in their last 6 matches in all competitions, which is a positive sign for them.

Player to Watch
Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid)
In big games, there is no way to ignore Jude Bellingham, who has been the messiah of Real Madrid and an exemplary player. In this big match against Valencia, Bellingham will be fresh after resting for the last match. During this season, he has scored 10 goals in 11 games, making him Los Blanco’s top goalscorer and the league’s top scorer as well.
Hugo Duro (Valencia)
Having finally looked like he is coming of age, Hugo Duro is being the most effective attacker for Valencia. Duro has been at the club since 2021, but this is his first season and he has already shown that he is a serious threat up front. He has scored five goals and has looked great in recent matches.

Injury and Team News
Injuries have plagued Real Madrid this season and their problem has not waned in recent times, but there have been more players joining the list. As a replacement for injured Courtois this season, Kepa Arrizabalaga was left out of the last game due to a muscle injury and he is doubtful for this match too. Rudiger, who picked up another yellow in the last game, will also not be able to be selected. Apart from them, Real Madrid won’t be without the services of Tchouameni, Militao, and Courtois due to injuries.
Valencia have four injuries at the moment. Their midfielder Andre Almeida is out until late November with a back injury, Diakhaby is out with a hamstring problem, and Mari has a thigh problem.
