Florian Wirtz's father reveals massive transfer update amid interest from top clubs

Wirtz has been linked with a move to Liverpool

Several publications, including the dependable Florian Plettenberg, have confirmed that Florian Wirtz is interested in moving to Liverpool.

The left winger is reportedly regarded by Jurgen Klopp as being among the players who may replace Mohamed Salah should the Egypt international depart for the Saudi Pro League. Klopp is reportedly a major fan of Salah.

Hans-Joachim Wirtz, Florian Wirtz’s father, is the representative. According to Florian Plettenberg, the father of the player stated:

“Currently, everything is geared towards Florian continuing to play in Leverkusen next season.”

The journalist from Sky Germany continued by saying that relocation is “definitely planned” for 2025.Wirtz is thought to want a transfer to Bayern Munich.
