Will Son Heung-min feature for South Korea in AFC Asian Cup 2024?

Son Heung-min will lead South Korea in Qatar
The AFC Asian Cup 2024 is scheduled to take place in Qatar next month and some of the best Asian players across the planet will miss club football during that busy period.
Tottenham Hotspur captain, Son Heung-min, will be a big miss for the Premier League outfit. The tournament is scheduled to start on 12 January and will go on until February 10th. If South Korea makes it to the finals, then Son will surely miss six games.
The Tottenham squad has been decimated by injuries in recent weeks, with key men James Maddison and Micky van de Ven long-term absentees and Richarlison returning to fitness to score twice against the Magpies.
Destiny Udogie and Cristian Romero have also suffered suspensions, but first-choice players are starting to return to the North London club.
After Spurs’ game against Bournemouth on New Year’s Eve, Son will jet off and miss the FA Cup third-round game against Burnley on January 5. His side then faces Manchester United, Brentford, Everton and Brighton, and their talisman could miss all three games.
