In a significant development for Indian football, Mohammad Shahjahan, a promising member of India’s U-17 contingent, has recently inked a deal with Geno FC in the Goa Pro League, valid until the end of the season, Khel Now can exclusively confirm.

A source close to the development informed Khel Now stating, “Shahjahan has signed for Geno FC and the move is not only significant for the club but it is also a big moment for Goan Football and Goan league.”

Geno FC, playing their first season in the Goa Pro League, are owned by the pharmaceutical giants Geno Pharmaceuticals. In their first season in the Goa top division, the club are six points away from top spot with a game in hand at the halfway stage.
