Alessandro Bastoni has emerged as the most important defender under Simeone Inzaghi

Alessandro Bastoni, a defender for Inter Milan, is supposedly being pursued by Chelsea, Manchester City, and Manchester United.

The Italy international, who started 19 Serie A games this season, is still a vital member of the first squad for the Champions League finalists from the previous season.

Bastoni has made 191 appearances for Inter overall. He has four goals and helped lead his team to the top division in the 2020–21 campaign.

The centre-defender competed for Italy under Roberto Mancini, winning the 2021 European Championship after defeating England at Wembley.

Heading of the summer window, Bastoni is reportedly admired by Chelsea, Manchester City, and Manchester United, as reported by Turkish writer Ekrem Konur.

According to the report, Simone Inzaghi’s championship-chasing team values the 21-time international, hence Inter is not in a hurry to move him.
