FPL Guru: How your team should look like in Gameweek 11
In the upcoming set of fixtures, Sergio Aguero will lead the line alongside Callum Wilson.
The Match of the Week saw Manchester City see off a toothless Tottenham side, that lacked a cutting edge. The fixture in Wembley was determined by an early Riyad Mahrez goal. In Selhurst Park, Arsenal’s winning run was halted by Crystal Palace who held the Gunners to a 2-2 draw. Manchester United managed to see off Everton’s challenge, while Chelsea and Liverpool registered comfortable wins against Burnley and Cardiff respectively to maintain their unbeaten start to the season.
Gameweek 10 Review
With several regular players being rested, this week proved to be a very testing one. Captain Andrew Robertson was left out of the starting eleven during his side's fixture against Cardiff. Eden Hazard was also rested against Burnley. With Andrew Robertson not featuring during the whole game, James Maddison was made the captain. However, the Leicester midfielder only managed four points in his side’s draw against West Ham.
Marcos Alonso and Callum Wilson were the star performers of the week with 11 and 13 points respectively. The full-back registered a clean sheet and got an assist while the Bournemouth striker scored two goals as the Cherries fended off Fulham. Richarlison got an FPL assist, for his role in the penalty against Manchester United, and ended up with five points while Steve Cook registered a clean sheet to gain the same. However, the remaining five players had only 11 points, leaving the total well below average.
