India U-17 lose to Colombia in preparatory tournament

The Indian U-17 World Cup Squad lost 3-0 against Colombia in their second match of the Four-Nation Tournament at the Centro de Alto Rendimiento in Mexico City, Mexico today (August 04, 2017).
Coming on the back of a 5-1 loss against Mexico, the Indian Colts were once again left stunned by an early goal after a corner kick fluffed by India led to Colombia opening their goal scoring tally in the 8th minute. The Indian Colts pressed to equalize proceedings but Colombia kept them at bay and scored in the dying embers of the first half as the half-time scoreline read 2-0 in Colombia’s favour.

[KH_RELATED_NEWS title="Related News"][/KH_RELATED_NEWS]Two minutes into the second half and Colombia scored another from a corner kick scenario as the scoreline read 3-0. The full-time scoreline read the same as the Indian Colts slumped to defeat.
The Indian U-17 World Cup Squad face Chile in their last match of the Four-National Tournament on Sunday (August 06, 2017). The kick-off for which is slated for IST 8:30PM.
