ISL 2025-26: All transfers completed in summer transfer window 2025

All 14 teams are looking to strengthen their squads ahead of the upcoming season.

The Indian Super League (ISL) is gearing up for another exciting season in 2025-26. With new entrants, managerial changes and significant player transfers, each club is strategising to enhance their performances to achieve their respective goals.

Mohun Bagan Super Giant are the reigning ISL champions and will be the ‘hunted’ rather than the ‘hunter’ in the upcoming season. Here’s a detailed look at the confirmed transfers for each team ahead of the new season:

Bengaluru FC

Bengaluru FC had a disappointing end to the 2024-25 season as they narrowly missed out on the ISL title to Mohun Bagan. Gerard Zaragoza’s men finished 3rd in the league and this season, the Spaniard is expected to ring in changes for the Blues.

Outgoings: Pedro Capo, Alberto Noguera, Jorge Pereyra Diaz, Jessel Carneiro, Harsh Patre  

Contract Extension: Naorem Roshan Singh, Lalremtluanga Fanai, Shivaldo Singh

Chennaiyin FC

Owen Coyle’s men failed to reach the playoffs last season and will be looking to switch things up ahead of next season. The Scottish manager will be looking to add more fire into the Marina Machans squad and is expected to be proactive in the transfer window.

East Bengal FC

The Kolkata giants failed to win any silverware in the recently concluded 2024-25 season while also enduring a tough AFC Challenge League campaign. The ISL campaign was nothing short of a disappointment as they finished ninth in the league standings. East Bengal FC are expected to do substantial business in the summer window.

Incomings: Edmund Lalrindika, Bipin Singh, Martand Raina, Jay Gupta, Miguel Figueira, Rashid, Kevin Sibille

Outgoings: Cleiton Silva, Hector Yuste, Richard Celis, Raphael Messi Bouli, Hijazi Maher

Contract Extension: Souvik Chakrabarti, PV Vishnu

FC Goa

FC Goa missed out on the ISL title after Sunil Chhetri’s late heroics in the ISL semifinals in stoppage time. While they did manage to win the 2025 Kalinga Super Cup title, it will be interesting to see how Goa curate the squad for the league and the AFC football next season.

Outgoings: Jay Gupta, Armando Sadiku, Carl McHugh, Odei Onaindia, Rowllin Borges, Laxminkant Kattimani

Hyderabad FC

The Nizams had a season to forget in the 2024-25 season. However, they will be determined to put on an improved performance in the 2025-26 season.

Jamshedpur FC

Jamshedpur FC will be looking to build on the positive momentum from the 2024-25 season. Apart from falling just short in the 2025 Kalinga Super Cup, the Red Miners’ will be delving deeper into the transfer market ahead of next season.

Kerala Blasters FC

Kerala Blasters FC failed to qualify for the playoffs last season, and had a tumultuous season with managerial changes. They have hired David Catalá in the hope of changing their fortunes and will be signing players ahead of next season.

Outgoings: Jesus Jimenez, Milos Drincic, Kwame Peprah, Ishan Pandita, Sauvrav Mandal, Kamlajit Singh

Mohammedan S.C.

Mohammedan finished the 2024-25 season at the bottom of the standings. They also witnessed a managerial change after the departure of Andrey Chernyshov and will be looking to field a competitive squad for the 2025-26 season.

Mohun Bagan Super Giant

The reigning ISL league shield winners and the ISL title holders will be keen to retain their status in the 2025-26 season. The Mariners will be looking to get more reinforcements for an already stacked squad in the window.

Mumbai City FC

The Islanders had a disappointing end to their ISL playoffs after clinching the final playoff spot in a last-gasp style. Mumbai will be keen to reinforce themselves in all three departments ahead of the 2025-26 season.

NorthEast United FC

The Highlanders had a disappointing end to their ISL playoffs after Jamshedpur FC beat them in the playoffs despite a spectacular regular season. NorthEast will be keen to reinforce themselves ahead of the 2025-26 season via the transfer market.

Odisha FC

Odisha also had a disappointing end to their ISL playoffs as Sergio Lobera’s side narrowly missed out on the playoffs despite a spectacular regular season. The Juggernauts will be keen to reinforce themselves ahead of the 2025-26 season via the transfer market.

The Shers had a difficult 2024-25 ISL campaign. Ahead of the 2025-26 season, Punjab will be looking to add quality to the squad and revamp their foreign player department via the transfer market.
