ISL 2024-25: Updated Points Table, most goals, and most assists after match 29, Mohammedan SC vs Kerala Blasters FC
The Tuskers reversed their fortune amid a tense atmosphere in Kolkata.
Sunday’s Indian Super League (ISL) clash saw Kerala Blasters secure a comeback win over Mohammedan SC away from home. Both sides created a few chances in the early exchange until Mohammedan SC broke the deadlock against the run of play. Mirjalol Kasimov did not make a mistake in converting his spot kick and put the Black Panthers ahead in front of their home crowd.
Kerala Blasters came out all guns blazing after conceding a goal and threw the kitchen sink at the home side. They finally found the back of the net and brought the game back on level terms with a strike from Kwame Peprah. And just when it seemed that both sides would settle for a draw, Jesus Jimenez scored the winning goal and secured the second win of the season for his side.
