The 25-year-old will make his debut in the ISL having played over four seasons in the I-League.

Mumbai City FC continue to add a young streak to their squad for next season with their latest acquisition being Real Kashmir’s Surchandra Singh. The 25 year-old had a splendid last season in the I-League with the Snow Leopards as he made 16 appearances under David Robertson and also managed to register three goals in the process.

The Manipuri midfielder began his career with Shillong-based outfit Langsning from where he went on to play for renowned I-League clubs like Churchill Brothers and Mohun Bagan, before eventually moving to Kashmir. His performances for the Snow Leopards caught the attention of several clubs in the Indian Super League (ISL).

Understanding his potential, Mumbai decided to waste no time in bringing him in, making just another valuable addition to their talent-rich squad. Surchandra is a pretty versatile player who has the capability to play as a box-to-box midfielder and also possesses the qualities of a winger.
