Indian football fans will get a glimpse of some of the renowned global stars when FC Goa host Al-Nassr in the AFC Champions League Two tomorrow at 7:15 p.m. IST at Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Goa.

It’s a once-in-a-lifetime chance to witness such players who have played at the top level throughout their careers before joining the Saudi side.

However, many fans are still upset as they were waiting for the arrival of one of the greatest football players, Cristiano Ronaldo, in India. But they met with unfortunate news after Al-Nassr announced that Ronaldo would not travel with the squad to Goa and was rested ahead of the game. Anyhow, the fans will still get to see some of the other top football stars who once played for some of the biggest clubs across Europe.

All top stars to feature against FC Goa

Spanish centre-back Inigo Martinez is likely to be in the lineup to face FC Goa tomorrow after joining the club in the summer transfer window. It was a surprising move during the transfer window as FC Barcelona fans least expected him to leave, given that the player was one of the most important figures under Hansi Flick.

However, his arrival at the Saudi club has reinforced their defensive line this season and turned them into favourites to win all competitions this term. It will be a joy for Indian fans to watch such a top-class centre-back in action.
