Among the top five leagues in Europe, the German Bundesliga produces some of the world’s best players. Many young players break through in their respective teams every year, with clubs willing to allow them to develop into future world champions. 

With the Bundesliga and around the world, players like Jamal Musiala and Florian Wirtz have already become household names. Xavi Simons has been a sensation since moving across RB Leipzig and is having an outstanding season as a result of moving across. He is already considered one of the best players in his position at a young age. 

Now, Let’s take a look at the top 10 best youngsters in the Bundesliga in 2024:

10. Enzo Millot

This season, Enzo Millot is playing a huge role in Stuttgart’s incredible season as they look to finish in the top four. He has made 24 appearances for the team this season, scoring five goals and assisting another two. Playing mostly as an attacking midfielder, he has been a threat this season, providing the team with creative sparks while scoring some crucial goals at the same time. 

9. Merlin Rohl

It has been a rapid growth for the young German, who has made 30 appearances this season after making just 3 appearances last season. He has been enjoying his breakthrough this season with the young German establishing himself in the team. During this season, he has scored two goals and recorded three assists mainly playing as an attacking midfielder, where he has shown both his wide passing range and his ability to generate opportunities. 

8. Jamie Bynoe-Gittens

After joining from Manchester City, Jamie Bynoe-Gittens has established himself in the team as a great player. He has already made 23 appearances, scoring two goals and providing four assists for his teammates. In the coming years, Dortmund’s hierarchy believes he could become one of the world’s best players if he continues to train at an exceptionally high level. 

7. Maximilian Beier

It has been a fantastic season for the Hoffenheim youngster who has scored 12 goals. He has developed tremendously since his loan stint at Hannover 96 over the past two seasons, which has greatly contributed to his development. Nagelsmann was particularly impressed with his performance this season, earning him his maiden call-up to the German National team. 

6. Youssoufa Moukoko

This youngster has already made 93 appearances for Dortmund since making his debut at 16 and is the next rising star to emerge from the legendary Dortmund academy. During the current season, he has made 21 appearances for the team scoring four goals, most of which came as substitutes. Whenever he has been called upon to make an impact as a super sub, he has looked bright and dangerous. 

5. Benjamin Sesko

After being dubbed the next Erling Haaland for his physique and goal-scoring prowess, RB Leipzig swooned over Benjamin Sesko. Having made his debut for the club this season, he has scored 11 goals and assisted two others. With the summer transfer window looming, Benjamin Sesko will be one to keep an eye on in the second half of the season. 

4. Mathys Tel

Even though he has mostly been on the bench for Bayern Munich, the 18-year-old boasts an incredible goal-scoring ratio. However, he has been putting in some impressive performances in the last couple of matches. The season has seen him make 32 appearances mostly from the bench, scoring eight goals and assisting four more. Although he has not yet reached his full potential, the Munich hierarchy believes he can be one of the best players in the world. 

3. Xavi Simons

Since making a loan move from PSG to RB Leipzig this summer, Xavi Simons has become a new superstar. As of now, he has scored nine goals and provided eleven assists to teammates. With his ability to go past defenders with ease and score spectacular goals at the same time, Simons has already established himself as the team’s main creator. He will certainly be in the running for some individual awards at the end of the season. 

2. Florian Wirtz

Having not lost a single match this season, Bayer Leverkusen has remained invincible this season thanks to Florian Wirtz. In terms of assists, he is already second in the league after assisting 10 goals so far in the league and 17 in total. For his playing style, he has drawn comparisons with legendary Iniesta. He has already scored 11 goals. 

1. Jamal Musiala

Despite only turning 21 this year, Jamil Musiala is already regarded as one of the best players in his position. He has already scored 12 goals and assisted seven of his teammates. In the Bundesliga, he has formed a strong partnership with Harry Kane. As the Champions League quarterfinal approaches, he will undoubtedly play an important role in his team’s pursuit of silverware.
