Cristiano Ronaldo of Al-Nassr won the Saudi Pro League Player of the Month award for the fourth time in March thanks to his outstanding play.
Even though Al-Nassr lost both of their opening two league games, Ronaldo has motivated the team to contend for the championship this year. At the beginning of the season, the 38-year-old’s efforts also won him Player of the Month honours twice. After another outstanding month for Al-Nassr, he has now claimed the honour for the third time, having missed out on it in October and November.
In the Saudi Pro League, Al Nassr defeated a 10-man Al Tai 5-1 at home. After the visitor Virjil Misidjan was given a second yellow card in the first half, the match never appeared to be evenly matched.
In the second half, Cristiano Ronaldo netted his 64th professional hat-trick.

Al Nassr opened the score in the 20th minute when Otavio sent in a long ball that Brozovic failed to stop. But the Portuguese midfielder was not involved in any contact when the ball rebounded into the net to record a goal. Thanks to a spectacular finish by Tai’s number 10, Misidjan, Tai equalised just a few seconds afterwards in the 22nd minute. In the Saudi Pro League on Saturday, Ronaldo scored his 64th hat-trick in his remarkable career as Al-Nassr defeated Al-Tai 5-1. When a player reaches the later stages of his career and scores hat-tricks, his most recent treble puts him well ahead of his biggest competition.
According to talkSPORT, Ronaldo has now scored 34 hat-tricks since turning 30, which is 28 more than Messi has accomplished since reaching the milestone.
With his most recent goals, Ronaldo has scored 882 goals in his career. The legendary Portuguese player had previously set a lofty objective of reaching 1,000 goals before hanging up his boots. Ronaldo has a lot of time to fulfil his goal because he is expected to play until 2027 despite turning 40 in 2025.
On social media, Ronaldo celebrated his most recent treble with great speed. “This is how we do it,” he wrote alongside a string of images from the game that he uploaded to X. Incredible triumph and yet another hat-trick!”
