The Brazilian has solidified himself as City’s number-one goalkeeper since his arrival
According to the source, Ederson may be leaving Manchester City during the summer transfer window, provided that a compelling enough offer is made to lure him away from the team.
According to Romano, Ederson is thinking about his options after the season, and there has been attention from teams in the Saudi Pro League.
In Sunday’s 3-1 victory over West Ham United, the Brazilian earned his sixth Premier League title, marking his 17th major accolade at Manchester City—an amazing accomplishment considering he has only been a member of the team for seven years.
Even though Manchester City won their fourth Premier League title in a row over the weekend, there are already plenty of transfer whispers circulating in anticipation of a busy summer. Furthermore, a surprise transfer may be imminent as Fabrizio Romano reported on Tuesday morning that Saudi Pro League teams may be interested in signing City custodian Ederson, should he decide to leave the Etihad Stadium.
Since joining City in 2017, the goalie has missed just 16 of the 266 Premier League games that he has been eligible to play in.

This is an incredible record. The Brazilian has established himself as one of the greatest keepers in the world by winning every trophy possible, but a rumour from Fabrizio Romano raises the possibility that he could depart.
When Stefan Ortega entered the game against Tottenham last week, he nearly single-handedly won the club’s Premier League title, saving Manuel Akanji’s blushes and keeping Arsenal off the top of the table.
However, Ederson’s record over the previous seven years, his exceptional distribution, and his overall command of his box make him an exceptional player, and City supporters are unlikely to want to see him leave the team after being an indispensable component of their achievement since joining seven years ago.
Perhaps the hardest player for City to replace is Ederson. The Brazilian is one of the very few outstanding sweeper keepers in the world of football, and if City were to allow him to go, who knows who else they could get.
