Napoli offer massive contract to manager Antonio Conte for deal until 2027

Conte was sacked by Spurs last season
According to reports, Antonio Conte is just one move away from assuming over at Napoli once the details of his contract with President Aurelio De Laurentiis are finalised.
After Gian Piero Gasperini chose to proceed with Atalanta, the Partenopei made the quick choice to pursue the 54-year-old tactician, eliminating his main rival for the position. After resuming on Friday, negotiations moved very swiftly over the following two days.
In an effort to begin a new cycle in the capital of Campania, Napoli directors Giovanni Manna and Andrea Chiavelli have been in regular communication with Conte over the past two days. They have offered a three-year contract of approximately €6.5–7 million net per season plus €2 million in add-ons.
As previously disclosed, Aurelio De Laurentiis, the president of Napoli, is making progress in his relentless pursuit of luring Antonio Conte to the Diego Maradona Stadium. The financial terms of the offer to the former Juventus and Inter coach were made public by Calciomercato today.
Ideally, Napoli would sign Conte on a three-year agreement through 2027 that would pay him a significant €7 million per season in addition to an additional €2 million in add-ons. According to reports, De Laurentiis is determined to make the formal announcement by Tuesday.
In fact, Conte is a wonderful fit for the team as it is right now. His charm and tactical acumen are just what Napoli needs to bounce back from their embarrassing 2023–24 Serie A campaign. He will also be eager to impress because it has been more than a year since his last appearance in the dugout.

Napoli, who had been without a Scudetto for thirty-three years, are about to record the worst title defence in Serie A history and risk missing out on playing in Europe. Although De Laurentiis may be convincing, it might have been a sticking point in their attempts to hire Conte.
In an effort to save his team, the Partenopei bigwig has persuaded the former Tottenham manager to assume the wheel of a sinking ship.
Rumours tying strong performers Giovanni Di Lorenzo and Khicha Kvaratskhelia to summer exits should be dispelled by Conte’s presence.
