Former Real Madrid centre-back Sergio Ramos in talks with Boca Juniors

The 38-year-old is currently without a club.
After leaving Sevilla, football legend Sergio Ramos is considering an offer from Boca Juniors. The centre-back is currently without a club.
After his contract with Sevilla expired, Ramos is presently taking a little vacation from football. Despite spending his greatest years at Real Madrid, the Spanish defender made a comeback to the team where he made his debut and celebrated a reunion in LaLiga.
As he gets ready to sign what may be his final professional contract, he is now considering his alternatives. The 38-year-old is reportedly thinking about moving to Argentina to play for Boca Juniors.
There have been a lot of rumours over Ramos’ potential future move. The defender has been linked to the MLS, Saudi Pro League, and Serie A, but he has not indicated which league he would want to play in.
He is still in Spain at the moment, more precisely in his home in Madrid, where he stays in excellent physical condition and often shares his exercises on social media. All of this points to Ramos’s impending comeback to football.
In an interview, Ramos once jokingly stated that he would like to play for Boca Juniors but added that he couldn’t since he would get sent off in every game. If he were to move to Argentina, he might come prepared for the new season in February because the Argentinean season lasts until mid-December.
At 38 Ramos still has a lot of quality to offer in the sport and it will be interesting to see where he will end up as many clubs outside Europe or even in Europe will be keen on signing the centre-back.
What will Ramos do next? It’s hard to predict. Even at his age, he will be a valuable defender wherever he ends up. He would be a desirable addition to most clubs worldwide, offering leadership and experience to any team.
